not much info about delayed order. If known was going to be delayed, would have ordered elsewhere.

Thank you Laura for your business and thank you for reaching out to bring your displeasure to our attention. I apologize for the delay in sharing this response. I needed to first investigate with my customer service team to see if I could piece things together and figure out where we dropped the ball. Which item(s) were delayed without notification? Can you please let me know? My team showed me an email sent to you on Aug 27th (the day of the order) noting that KORD-2920 was backordered. An anticipated ship date was given for Sept 26th but it seems like it took a little longer for that to ship (Oct 3rd) The other two items shipped on Sept 3rd. While I'm not terribly pleased that it took five biz days to ship out, since the free ground delivery was chosen, that is within the time frame from this particular drop shipping partner. While we work on this together a $25 store credit has been added to your account to provide some relief for your disappointment. Please let us know how we dropped the ball and where we can do better.
