Thank you very much Armando for your business and for taking time from your busy day to share very important and helpful feedback with us! It seems that the item you ordered requires cold shipping and must go overnight. It's crazy how much a small package can cost in such a situation. We will speak with the supplier to see if there was any other way we could have gotten these to you quicker and for less money.
Product was delivered on time, but please put the addressee's name on the mailing label. The company was listed, but my personal name was not, so the receiving team did not know who it was for.

Elisa was excellent to work with. She was able to answer all my questions and get us a quote with a quick turnaround. The 4 star is because one of our three racks arrived dented. Elisa was quick to offer a replacement.

It took longer than expected to get my order.

Thank you Jacek for placing a new order with us today for more pre-cast gels and for sharing your honest feedback with us about the longer-than-expected delivery time. This is something we've been trying to figure out for a while. We used to keep a supply in our warehouse stock for super fast delivery, but we had issues with gels expiring so we decided to have them drop shipped from the manufacturer. Doing this means your gels are made to order so they are guaranteed fresh, but it can take longer to ship. Because they ship cold, any order placed on Wednesday or after, will ship the following week, to be sure someone is there to receive them and put them into a fridge asap We're open to your suggestions how we can improve and serve you better.
It’s not exactly due to you, but we only got 1 out of 2 items, so we paid extra and never got it. Thank you for sending the replacement.
