A Stellar Review for Michelle…
A Stellar Review for Michelle Monteith-Jones – Sales & Operations Administration
It is rare these days to receive customer service that leaves a lasting impression, but Michelle consistently delivers exactly that. Every single interaction I have had with her has been exceptional.
Michelle is incredibly helpful, kind, patient, and full of grace toward her customers. She listens carefully, takes the time to understand my questions, and always makes me feel like my business truly matters. One of the qualities I appreciate most is her outstanding communication. I never have to wonder about the status of an order or request because she is proactive, responsive, and keeps me informed every step of the way. Rather than waiting days or weeks for a response, I can count on hearing back from her by the next business day.
Because of Michelle, I have complete confidence in Stellar Scientific. She represents the company with professionalism, integrity, and genuine care, and she has become the reason I continue to make my laboratory purchases through Stellar Scientific. Employees like Michelle don't just provide excellent customer service—they build trust, loyalty, and long-term customer relationships.
Thank you, Michelle, for consistently going above and beyond. Your dedication, positivity, and commitment to your customers are noticed and deeply appreciated. You are truly a tremendous asset to Stellar Scientific, and your service is, quite simply, stellar.

No words. Lizzi. We're all completely blown away by your incredible review and kindness.
Yes, Michelle Jones is a treasure and she deserves every word you wrote, but still, it is rare for someone to take time from their busy day to share such an eloquent testimonial.
Thank you for trusting us with your business.
We are humbled to the core.

Josh, I am terribly sorry to learn we've been disturbing you.
We appreciate allowing your Stellar Rep, Raphael, to reach out for more information so we can see from your end what is going on.
I was concerned that some recent work we did to upgrade the website had an unintended impact on other parts of the site.
It appears you received one request asking to rate your purchase experience and one more inviting feedback about the products you ordered.
This seems to be in line with acceptable best-practices for e-commerce retail.
If we don't ask for feedback, we won't know where we can improve.
Like you, I too get slammed with way too many emails and sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming.
If you discover that you continue to receive emails from us, even after you've deleted them or choose not to respond, I need to know about that right away.
I am sorry for adding one more email to your inbox, but if we don't communicate with our customers, we're not living up to our Stellar name.
Thank you for your patience and understanding

7/7/26 3:50PM EST - Called and left a message.
We need to understand how these tubes are being used. The caps are made to fit the tubes they are mounted on and not for use with other Vacutainers.
Looking forward to speaking when you are available.
7/10/26 4:13PM EST - Called 2X this week and left messages and sent an email asking for time to talk.
How many packs of tubes have you used?
From this review it sounds like just one. Perhaps the fastest resolution is to send a shipping label to bring the balance back to us and refund that portion of your purchase?
7/13/26 - It was great to connect with you Jennifer! Thank you so much for sharing the video. It gives us a clearer picture what is going on.
Lets continue the email conversation and get this resolved to your satisfaction.

A simple purchase; the product arrived a day earlier than promised and the price was great and using ground transport there was no shipping charge.
