We are very sorry to hear about your experience and truly regret the frustration this caused during your stay. Cleanliness and timely maintenance are extremely important to us, and we take your feedback seriously. We do want to kindly clarify that while your apartment was located at The Goodwynn, your reservation was through Stay Sojo, which is separate from the building’s leasing office. For that reason, we always ask our guests to bring any and all concerns directly to the Stay Sojo customer service team rather than to the leasing office. When issues are reported to us, we are often able to help get quicker responses and coordinate solutions on your behalf. Unfortunately, we were only made aware of these concerns just a few days before your departure, which limited our ability to assist. We truly wish we had the opportunity to address them earlier so that we could have worked toward a better resolution for you. We greatly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the guest experience.
