Mainsail has done a wonderful job of taking care of my needs. They respond quickly to my needs whether large or small. I will definitely recommend them to anyone needing to bring the area for a short time.

We had a great time while living in the apartment. The activities that the front office planned were a lot of fun. Dog park was a great help too. We could bring the dogs out so they could get out their energy. My family and I really enjoyed our stay.

We had a horribly uncomfortable bed to say the least. Alex Mainsail and they were great took care of it within 48 hours!

Thank you so much for your response! Glad the new mattress is more comfortable. General Manager, Virginia - Melissa Hoban
Overall the experience was great. It did take a bit longer than expected to line up a place to stay and we had to switch rooms, however, I'm also located in an area that doesn't have many options to begin with. Mainsail was very easy to work with and communicated frequently.

Thank you. A referral is the highest compliment we can ask for!
I have nothing to complain about: the apartment is clean, everything works and the neighborhood is good. All relevant shopping is in walking distance.
