My name is Alex Freeburg, the founder of Start in Wyoming. I’ve been a lawyer in Wyoming for more than a decade. In the past year alone, I’ve had hundreds of entrepreneurs come to me after something has gone wrong with their company.Their bank account has been suspended, they can’t open a Stripe or Amazon Seller account, or they suddenly get asked for proof of address documents they were never given. And almost every time, it all comes from one simple problem: a bad business address. Most formation services in Wyoming give your business the same address as hundreds of thousands of others. These addresses appear in fraud reports, Reddit threads, and are blacklisted by the essential services that entrepreneurs need to run their business in the United States.Nearly every major financial service now requires proof that your business operates from a real U.S. office. They want a lease agreement or utility bill in your business’s name (especially for non-U.S. residents). Most entrepreneurs don’t learn this until it’s too late. This is frustrating because Wyoming is a great state for your company. And I want to show you how to do it right. I will also show you the exact addre

That's one of the best choice I made in my life. If I'd have one constructive criticism to made it would be: Don't forget to precise the very basics of US company to foreigners to avoid biases from our own countries.

I’ve been working with them for just 3 months, and their speed is honestly impressive. They handle my physical address and registered agent services in Wyoming with zero issues. Whenever I have a question, they get back to me right away. If you need a solid legal team that actually responds and knows the e-commerce landscape, they are the best. Highly recommended.

I recently worked with Start in Wyoming, and overall it was a great experience. The team was professional, responsive, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. They clearly care about helping people and take the time to answer questions thoroughly. What stood out most was their friendly approach and willingness to guide me through each step without making anything feel rushed or confusing. I also appreciated how quickly they followed up and how organized everything was. There’s always room for a little improvement, but honestly, they’re well on their way to being a top-tier company. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and supportive service in Wyoming. Max especially was patient, responsive, and genuinely cared about making the process smooth for me. His guidance made a big difference, and it’s clear he takes pride in his work. The company overall is reliable and supportive, and with people like Max on the team, they stand out even more. - Terrell McCrae Enterprises LLC

The Start in Wyoming team was super professional and easy to work with. They helped us secure a lease address and arranged a partner company for the internet bill at the location. This was crucial for us, as it successfully demonstrated a real operating address (not a P.O. box) and allowed Wise to accept our compliance requirements in addition to our registered address. Communication was smooth, expectations were clear, and they delivered what they promised. We’re happy with the service and will continue the relationship. Highly recommended.
