Really helpful staff. Zero issues with setting up my business address, and months later, when Mercury asked me to meet bizarre requirements, the staff helped me find a solution and open a second bank account as a back up solution. Highly recommend

I had a really great experience with Start in Wyoming throughout the past year. I used their virtual office service for my US LLC, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally from the very beginning. What I appreciated most was how helpful and responsive they were whenever I had a question or needed assistance. I especially appreciated their help with getting Wi-Fi installed at the office. They arranged everything quickly and seamlessly, and when I later needed to cancel the service, they even returned the equipment to Spectrum’s office on my behalf. Their team was always responsive, kind, and very accommodating. I genuinely feel that they care about providing great service to their customers. Overall, Start in Wyoming made managing this part of my US LLC much easier, especially as someone managing the company from outside the US.

The service didn't worked and i tried to cancel it via email. Instaead of cancel the service, they charged me again before the expire date of the first month. That was unfortunate. UPDATE: They sorted out my problem and refund the account shortly, not too bad as experience overall.

After researching online who to trust for setting up my LLC, I chose startinwyoming.com. Although their pricing appears higher than other options, I selected them because they gave me greater confidence and the certainty of a fixed cost — no surprises, no hidden extras. I can't say enough about the service. Max was awesome. It's a great company. I had a lot of navigating to do, and I didn't feel left out in the dark. All the way around Start In Wyoming is a great company.

The team at Start In Wyoming went above and beyond expectations to help me set up my business banking. I was struggling to find a banking partner - especially after recent policy changes at other major digital banks. I took their physical address service and explained my situation.
