October 2, 2026 I can say with no reservation I had a good and a professional experience with Richard Albert, IT Now Technologies. Mr. Albert fully addressed all of my questions and concerns about the product and services his firm provides.

I have been using the services of IT Now Technologies now for only about three months, but I'll be using them forever! The special care by my rep, Stella Jones, has far exceeded what I would normally expect. I'm sure I am one of her smaller accounts. However, the effort Stella makes to accommodate my last-minute requests – and her always swift responses to my phone calls and emails – are very appreciated experiences. Along with the services that IT Now Technologies provides, Stella definitely deserves her own “5 Stars”. Edward Poole, Co-Founder/President OHS Health & Safety Services, Inc. IT Now Technologies made it really easy to work with and get leads in a very short time. The cost was acceptable. Jacob Crane was our rep. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was a pleasure to deal with and always communicated flawlessly. Jacob and their team even replaced the overlapping current customers we had on our list for no additional cost! Will certainly use them again in the future!
