Most of the people I dealt with were wonderful except for one male who was disagreeable. I neglected to get his name. My problem is with the phone. First, I was told that I ordered a second hand phone. I would not pay this much for a second hand phone. Second, the phone does not work properly. I have tried multiple times and there are multiple problems with it so I will be returning it. I do not like having to deal with this hassle.

Easy to order on their website. The phones arrived as promised and they were the exact phones I needed to replace my broken phone. I ordered 2 phones, but only needed 1. Keeping the other phone as a spare, since I have 7 phones and who knows when another phone may break down.
