Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience! We're delighted to hear your Redhaven Peach Semi-Dwarf Supreme has grown so well and rewarded you with such a wonderful harvest. There's nothing better than enjoying sweet, juicy peaches straight from your own tree, and we're thrilled to have been a part of that. We truly appreciate your kind words and wish you many more seasons of abundant harvests. Happy growing!

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We're glad to hear you're happy with your trees overall. We understand your comments about the branching and foliage. Depending on the variety and the time of year they're shipped, young trees can vary in size and branching as they establish. With proper planting and care, they should continue to fill out and develop more branches and leaves as they grow. We appreciate your feedback and thank you for choosing Stark Bro's. We wish you many years of healthy growth and a great harvest!

Thank you for sharing this feedback, and we're sorry your experience with your fruit tree didn't go the way either of us hoped. For context for other readers: our records show the original tree shipped ahead of its estimated date in September 2024. When you reached out shortly after delivery with concerns about the leaves, our team advised that some stress is normal during shipping and to give the tree time to establish. When it didn't survive the winter, we replaced it at no cost, including waiving the standard replacement shipping fee given your prompt report. The replacement tree also shipped ahead of schedule and unfortunately did not survive the following winter. Our guarantee covers one free replacement per original purchase, which we honored, and that is the same policy we apply to every customer. We know that's a disappointing outcome after two trees, and we understand your frustration. If you'd like to discuss options going forward, including a discount toward a future purchase, please reach out to our customer service team directly at 800.325.4180. Sincerely, Stark Bro's Nurseries & Orchards Co.

Providing quality plants and standing behind our products is something we take great pride in. Your trust and continued support mean the world to us, and we look forward to helping your garden grow for many seasons to come. Happy planting!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about the frustration you experienced with your recent order. We understand how disappointing it is when an order does not go as expected, especially after being a loyal Stark Bro’s customer for many years. We apologize for the communication issues, the changes to your order, and the delays you experienced. We know that timing is especially important with plants, and we regret that the delivery schedule did not meet your expectations for your growing zone. Our team did reach out to you yesterday in an effort to discuss your concerns further, but we were unable to connect. We have also issued a refund for the $24.41 you referenced regarding the charges in question. We appreciate your past business and the opportunity to make things right. We hope you will allow us the chance to better serve you in the future and provide the quality products and customer experience that Stark Bro’s has been known for for over 200 years.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry to hear your order arrived later than expected and that the plant was damaged in transit with signs of insect activity. This is not the condition we want our products to arrive in. We appreciate you reaching out to our customer support team. We take concerns like this seriously and will work to review the issue and find an appropriate resolution. If you have not already done so, please include photos of the damage and any insect activity with your inquiry, as that helps us evaluate the situation more quickly. We value your feedback and the opportunity to make this right.
