Great product and service. East to work with and looks good.

Fast shipping! I would've like to see to sample with the underlayment attached to see just how thick it actually will be. I would also have liked to see the color names listed on each sample instead of the numbers.

I sent you 5 emails cancelling this order and you sent it anyway. The tiles are very cheap quality. I can't find a way to return them

Applying for a refund for the double payment was easy now I have to do is wait and see if I actually get the money

They responded to my text and email and followed on that.

Two boxes with the same information on both box and two different colors in the boxes. You waste two weeks of my time trying to figure this out and then just sort of say oh well, we’ll give you a credit. I don’t think you understand the problems that created for my company and the homeowner. I just not sure that you don’t know what you don’t care. Very disappointed. Nothing was rude said just nothing got done. I understand that you have to deal with someone in another country, but you need to be better prepared for when things do go wrong. That job cost me thousands of dollars because you can’t explain why you have two different color products in a box with the same identification numbers. The fact that that baffles you, it baffles me. You probably shouldn’t ever ask me for another customer experience survey OK

All of the tiles that I ordered arrived on time and in great condition! My basement project is done and looks great. Really great experience!

Perfect product and super fast delivery!
