When we started SS396.com, a Ground Up Motors company, we had one thing in mind: to bring the best quality restoration parts to everyone, from the weekend driver to the 1000-point restoration. Over the years, we have grown from one person operating out of a garage to our brand new 60,000+ square foot facility in Palm Coast, Florida. Despite our growth, our passion and vision have remained the same: to keep the excitement of classic American muscle running by providing the best parts available, an easy-to-use website, and the best customer support team.
ss396.com (ss396.com) has 532 customer reviews on The Fair Hearing, with an average rating of 4.1 out of 5.

Thanks for the feedback! We're glad everything was perfect and arrived quickly.
Yes, I received my order. Shipping charges were grossly overpriced for a package that fits in the palm of your hand.

We appreciate your order and feedback. Shipping rates are based on carrier pricing, and while we strive to keep costs reasonable, small items can sometimes incur higher fees due to minimum shipping charges. We're always looking for ways to improve—thank you for sharing your experience!
