Slow shipping, incorrect info on webpage, slow refund
Slow shipping, wrong description of the part purchased on the webpage. Return process is a joke, call, get an email that asks for everything already talked about on the phone, need pictures, send in email, more pictures requested because the tech did not read the issue described in the email, send more pictures, then wait, and wait. Still not resolved for a simple return that should have been handled over the phone with the first phone call. Fifteen days after starting my return, still waiting for my refund!!! I was told it might take up to a week to 1.5 weeks after they received the return parts. My first call today I was told they hadn't received the parts, and I said that they had 5 days ago. I offered the shipping number and then the call dropped. My second call I was told it might take up to a week to 1.5 weeks after they received the return parts. This is just sad that a company is run this way. Over twenty days to get a simple refund, ridiculous. I did finally get my refund after asking to speak to the President of the company who never did call me. I also did not get an email regarding my refund, found it by looking at my credit card account.
