The website is super easy to use and the claims are super quick 24 to 48 hours. Can't find anything to complain about. Eai on this software does a great job

I like the promptness when completing claims. This is my first time using pet insurance and so far it has been a great experience. I also love being able to be reimbursed for what is spent.

Fast response and has an explanation of payment or non payment. This is greatly appreciated! I used to be with another service and I am still pleased with Spot so far.

I have been with spot pet insurance for over a year now and couldn't be happier! once you file a claim, they have it processed and reimbursed in a couple of days.

Still haven’t received my first reimbursement after 3 tries. Always an issues with the check or the mail or direct deposits. Feels like a scam. To add insult to injury I get celebratory emails that say Ive officially received more reimbursements then I’ve paid into the plan making it all worth it. The number quotes is WRONG and I’ve actually received $0.

Sent in my invoice for treatment bill, and was given refund for service rapid. Very rare where ANY insurance company pays with a week.
