They have been easy to work with regarding the three claims I've submitted. They've been quick at processing and reimbursement me.

So far this has been a good insurance for my Great Dane puppy. Our 1st claim processed very quickly. We are still waiting on 2 more clams to process. They are taking longer than the initial claim. One is around $5700.00. We could really use that money back. We so glad we have her insured!

We liked Spot pet insurance a lot! However, we realized we’d eventually need to increase our reimbursement limit, and Spot doesn’t allow increases, so we needed to leave for AKC.

I would give 5 stars but the reimbursement process is very long. Still waiting for payment 3 weeks post appt and submission.

Only problem I had was the app kept telling me I needed to add my pet but I already had. I deleted all & added one back to the app. Still had to call company again.
