Slow claim process
Slow claim process. Claims take 2 weeks to complete unlike other insurance companies like Trupanion which takes only 1-2 days

The website was easy to understand as was the claims process. I was reimbursed within a week of filing my claim. I am very happy with the claims process and the quick reimbursement. I highly recommend SPOT pet insurance for your precious fur babies. Douglas Askins
