Like everything except the excel format for the reports.Would be nice to email reports without having to save excel report.Year sales is no longer added up on the dashboard. Have to add up each month to get year total. Excel makes it impossible to email a report from my phone, which would be more convenient for me.

I believe that the reporting capability should be much better. Pretty hard to drill down into some key data without expending a great deal of time between screens.

We have had many issues with OLO pickups and door dash delivery orders through online ordering with Spoton POS. Kitchen receipts do not print until 5 minutes before order is scheduled to be picked up. That does not give us enough time to make most orders. The kitchen receipt should print immediately with the customer receipt.
