When we were sold the Spoton service we were told that the credit card charges would all be reversed and charged to the card user. Instead, both the card user and our account are charged the fees. We are not happy about that. It seems that you have changed your online monthly activity report format (statement). For some reason we can't get the information needed now.

I like this company far better than Square in a Multitude of ways. 1) service 2) price 3) ease of use

I went with your company even though I wasn’t ready for credit card sales, but your rep pushed and pushed till I purchased everything, then when everything went south with the restaurant I tried to get my money back on unused equipment, your company completely turned its back on me, your customer service is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced, I will never recommend spotOn to anyone, I was robbed by spotOn and basically screwed without a condom

Spot on has been fantastic for my merchant services account. HOWEVER, I would like a customer service expert to assist me with all of the other features that SpotOn has to offer....especially the reviews.

I absolutely enjoy SpotOn! So much that I constantly refer new clients to the company!!
