Waste of money. Charged collar and remote for 2 hours after getting it and continued with directions in manual. Worked for 5 seconds, tested the audible sound and it worked fine, then on the 6th second the remote acted as if I didn’t have a battery. Nothing worked, no indicator light blinking and even when I put it back on charger. Nothing works. Better off giving the money spent of this to the Church so it would have been doing something good rather than a product that works as well as a Biden brain.

Do not trust this product. It overheated and burned our dogs neck. 300.00 dollared vet bill for burns/puncture wound from melting into his neck. 117.41 for this product. It should be recalled

My dog developed blisters and lost a significant amount of hair after using the YARDTRAINER 100/100S as directed. When we removed the collar, it was extremely hot to the touch. This was not operator error—it was a product failure. I do not recommend this product and encourage all pet owners to research training collars before purchasing to help prevent this from happening to another animal.

The products are costly and don't work properly. It worked for 1 year, and then the controller wasn't chargeable. The collar was registered with a warranty, but didn't get any support. Is it too expensive for one year? They're not providing support in other countries and selling them there.

I have spent well over several thousand dollars with this company over the years buying new and different types of training collars. Up until today I have never asked for support, I have always repaired them on my own. Today I asked if they could send me with two very small screw that hold the battery door closed. He said he could sell me an entire repair kit but not just the screws. Then he corrected himself saying they no longer carried the repair kit. I then asked if he ask the repair technicians if they could find two small screws that I could use since he had told me earlier that the size screws have not changed. He told me he could not sell me two tiny screws because he didn’t have them in the “system on his computer”. I find it outrageous after all the money I have spent with this company and the repairs I took care of on my own, that he couldn’t contact repair and ask if they could give me (or sell me!) two tiny screws for my dog collar. Beware this company is all about selling you new gear at the push of a computer key, but don’t expect then to do anything more than raise a finger to help their customers, even long established customers. There are many companies that sell training collars, I have no doubt there will be a company who better appreciates my patronage.

This product i bought is Bogus, we receved it without the vibration function and an american plug not EU plug. The vibration function was the whole reason for buying it. Worse still, if i send it back they only refund 15 Dollars for the transport costs. I live in EU so that would cost me about 50 Dollars to send it back. This is BULLSH*T, Thanks for not giving a DAMN about your customers!!! This product was bought from amazon
