We take all concerns seriously and would like to address the issues you've raised. Regarding the lease renewal, we assure you that we do not coerce tenants into renewing their leases. However, we do provide the option to renew for those who wish to continue their stay with us. As for the billing mistakes, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and assure you that we take steps to rectify any errors as soon as possible. Regarding the issue of changing third-party utility providers, we understand that this can be frustrating for tenants. However, we do our best to make the transition as smooth as possible and communicate any changes well in advance. In the case of overdue payments, we follow standard industry practices and charge late fees as per our lease agreements. We have thoroughly checked the charges on our end and can confirm (as we did via Zendesk) that they are accurate. We understand that you may have concerns about the charges, and that is why we provided a detailed list of the charges. We take issues with the heating system very seriously, and we are sorry for any discomfort that may have caused. Please know that a temporary solution was offered by SplitSpot while the landlord fixed this issue. We appreciate your patience while we worked to resolve the issue. We understand your concern regarding the people entering the property and apologize for any confusion. We would like to clarify that our team only enters a property for maintenance or repairs with prior notification through the platform. We would like to clarify that we always split the bills equally between all tenants and charges are made according to the use. You will not have to cover utilities for other tenants.
