We located your Company online. My wife and I both spoke with Company Representatives on different days. The Service Reps were knowledgeable and very helpful. Our pool tarp and leaf net arrived just as promised, in 3 days, due to having made a weekend order. We were loved both items; the tarp was light weight and just the perfect size. The leaf net will be so excellent and will preclude spending ages extracting soggy leaves from the tarp, out of the rains and snow from the winter.

We just opened the box to cover the pool and there is no cable or rachet lock attached. Now to get this pool covered while my husband is home we need to drive 30 miles to Home Depot to get a cable.
