I was amazed by how quickly my order of a winter pool cover was done, although with the current temperature hitting 90 each day I did not need the cover that soon. What displeased me, however, was the warranty indicated that almost anything would void the 8 year warranty. It nearly makes me fearful to think about using the product. It seems that I will have difficulty in using the cover. I did not expect it to be a fragile as tissue paper.

Very happy with this company. Ordered Loop Loc anchors for our pool cover at a very favorable price. Didn't give 5 Stars because website touts Free Shipping but at check-out, $8.95 handling charge is added to invoice, which to me isn't really free shipping. Site also promised next day delivery for my zone if order was placed by 1 p.m. Which it was. I ordered on Thursday and package was delivered by mail on Saturday. Not a big deal, but I had no way of knowing it was coming by mail and not Fedex, so was figuring it wouldn't get here until after the holiday weekend.

Ordered a pool lounger for my husband for father's day. Item was a little bit cheaper than other websites and the shipping was free. Was delivered as promised in 3 days. Would definitely order from them again.

I purchased a pool cover. Haven't use it yet, however, I'm sure it will be fine. Looks like good quality cover from what I can see in the box. Good seller. No problems.

I purchased a cover in which they advertise a 5 YEAR WARRANTY!!! I send an email to customer service when after 6 months there are 5 tears in the product. I get no response, I call 10 days later and amm asked to send pictures, after sending pictures19 days goes by and I hear NOTHING!!!! So I call again and I am told that it is actually a MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY and ONLY COVERS SEAM SEPARATION!!!!! When asked why they do not stand behind the product or advertise that it is actually a limited manufacturer's warranty there response was, we can offer you another cover at REDUCED COST!!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS?????? DO NOT SPEND A DIME WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

Cover for the pool was of good quality and fit perfect. I received the products within two days of my order. Thank you for the speedy service

I spent over $200.00 for the wrong size pool cover (my fault) and the first person I talked to said there was no returns allowed if the package had been opened. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he informed me he was a supervisor. I looked up the mfg. and the number I called was answered by splash super center where I was informed that it had a 20% restocking fee + shipping and then an extra 50 something dollars and the I could get the correct size cover. On the plus side however, I did get the pkg. a day sooner than expected.

Available of product was good. ordering easy and shipping and receiving was fast. Happy with product
