Arrived on time, exactly what we ordered.

The products that I received are not the real products from Jane carter. Their looks like water has been added because the spray is clear and it should not be clear. It also has a different smell. I spent over $60. I am very upset and feel like I’ve been robbed.

I was going to give Splashe a 1 star review because I was very unhappy about the way a shipment was handled. It took over a week to actually ship and then when it arrived my order was incomplete. The bulk of my order (85 dollars worth) was missing. I was also charged for everything and had even received notifications that everything in my order was being sent. I felt that the company should have told me right from the beginning that the items were no longer available, and communicated in the shipment info that only 1/2 of the order was actually coming. I did receive great customer service though when I reached out to the company through email. They refunded me for the missing products quickly and apologized for the issue. I am giving them 3 stars for customer service recovery.
