After reviewing our order records, we confirm that your purchase was made in September 2025, and we arranged a replacement pair for you in November 2025. While we did provide our support at the time, we regret that we were still unable to deliver an experience that met your expectations. Nearly half a year has passed, and we appreciate that you still took the time to share your thoughts with us. You reported the broken lens on June 3rd, and our customer service team replied on June 4th offering a replacement — but we needed you to confirm your shipping address. It seems our email may have been mistakenly filtered into your spam/junk folder. We're really sorry for the delay and the wait. We resent the reply with a screenshot to you on June 8th, clearly stating that we can arrange either a replacement or a refund. Since we didn't hear back from you after that, we assume you may have been busy and missed it. Could you please kindly check your inbox (including the spam/junk folder) for our previous emails?
