Overpriced and Damaged
I really wanted to love these because I saw so many cosplay girls wear them online. Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. The first pair I ordered (blackout lenses) were perfect, then I got a few more pairs for a gift, I got 5 pairs and 3 were unwearable because they came with tears in the lenses. It was super disappointing especially because these are way more expensive than other cosplay lens companies, so I expected the quality to be equal to the price. I do think customers of eyevos are pretty much just paying for the influencer PR packages with these prices. So unfortunately I don't recommend.

Dear Faith _, Thank you for taking the time to share this with us — your feedback has our full attention. We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to find that lenses you had chosen as a gift arrived damaged and unwearable, especially after the positive experience you previously had with our Blackout lens. We truly appreciate you letting us know in such detail. Every genuine voice from our customers means a great deal to us and helps us do better. Every pair of our lenses goes through strict quality checks before leaving our facility, and our pricing reflects our commitment to product quality and craftsmanship, nothing more. In some cases, lenses can be affected by pressure or impact during international shipping, and we would like to look into what happened with your order specifically. Would you mind replying with your order number ? Our team will locate your order right away and follow up to make things right for you. Thank you again for giving us the opportunity to address this. We look forward to hearing back from you. Warm regards, The EYEVOS Team
