My package was supposed to arrive today and hasn’t, don’t know what the deal is.

i noted in the order that plastic packaging materials were NOT to be stuffed into the shipment. Instruction was totally ignored. There was nothing fragile in the shipment, but they insisted on stuffing unnecessary plastic anyway.
