The site allowed me to order a chair with an incompatible set of options - torso harness and reclining frame. I was not informed of this conflict until I emailed to ask why it had not yet shipped. Though I got a credit for the modification of the order, I have no revised estimated ship date, let alone a delivery date.

Well it was a great experience with ordering my scooter and they got me financing with get low payments I've not got the scooter yet I just hope it what it's averting we will see

Gentleman who took my parts order understood my needs and was helpful in meeting them. When I needed additional parts, he expedited them to me.

NEWER UPDATE; Adjustment to cost has not been posted as of 11/16/22, so rating may change again. UPDATE: Spinlife representative followed up to confirm receipt of the new controller, and that we received it just a day or 2 later than we were originally told. In addition, we would receive an adjustment to the cost, although it hasn’t been posted yet. We ordered a new controller for our Golden Technologies lift chair on 11/3. At that time, we were told the product would be shipped to us the next day. The next morning I get an email saying the shipping date was TBD. I called and was told we had to wait until 11/18. I asked to speak to a manager and she said it may ship out on 11/4 or 11/5. I asked for the manager to call us back when she knew for sure. We never got a call back and it still shows TBD. If I had known the shipping info was us to 2 weeks away, I would have ordered or picked up elsewhere.

Haven’t received my scooter yet. Approximate shipping date now is further out than what I was hoping. I need this ASAP. Will be happy to update this once I’ve received this shipment and tested it for a couple weeks.
