Spin life will rip you off, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I went to buy a scooter for use around town and when we go on cruises. As I have bad mobility issues. First I was talked into buy a different model than I wanted saying it would be so much better. I even got the extended 3 year warranty and white glove service. Was told it would be shipped immediately as it was in stock. It took 2 months before getting it. Then it had a flat tire when arriving. Couldn’t be fixed. So they sent out another tire/wheel replacement. Then the charger quit. So they replaced it. Went to use it for my cruise and another tire was flat. Which I didn’t have time to wait for another replacement before our vacation. So I was forced to rent one. After spending 4k to buy this pos. I been fighting for over a year with them to replace with one I wanted to begin with or fix this. But they refuse to do anything. Customer service is a joke! And not to even talk about the manager Carla is a rude and total joke.

Dear Kevin, We do apologize that the scooter that you agreed to purchase was delayed in shipping due to a stock issue caused by the global supply chain issues. We were not made aware until recently that you discovered that you had another flat tire after your initial service call that took place in March. Customer satisfaction is very important to us so as a courtesy we are shipping to you free of charge a new wheel assembly as it is not covered under warranty and we will have a service technician install under your service contract. I have tried to get repairs on my Golden recliner since September 30. It is now November 17 and still no repairs. The technician came out on October 15 and said he would order parts. Several emails later - no parts. Finally, on November 14 Spinlife informed me that the parts were no longer under my 5-year warranty, even though it had only been three years and sent me a quote of $375 for the parts. I ordered them, but they still have not been shipped. Seems like I ought to be able to get this thing repaired in less than two months.

We are sorry that there was some confusion surrounding your warranty. The parts that were needed are still covered under warranty at a pro-rated discount price. You have been credited back the difference. You do have a 5 year SpinLife service contract which is still in effect and will not expire until May of 2024.
