I can not yet speak to how well this lamp raises serum vitamin D levels. I've been using it only about a week and a half. I can say that it's well made but not too heavy or bulky. It's incredibly simple to use. I was taking oral supplements but not raising my level the way I had hoped. I use this sun lamp each morning and have noticed absolutely no ill effects.

The unit arrived on time and in great shape despite having many glass bulbs. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I love having this product in my home so I can avoid trips to the tanning salon. I've been following the recommended exposure times and am getting great results so far. Very happy with my purchase!

Unit arrived with broken bulb, but because it was a gift and wasn't opened for a month, apparently no warranty is available. These need to be better packaged.

Long story short, had some issues with shipping and received the item about two weeks after ordering. Customer service was friendly and the product is good. (Review updated because of confusing review process. 5 star product and service, 3 star delivery)
