Didn’t have much interactions with them, but they sent me a thank you note and a gift card after purchasing their lamp, I thought that was nice and an simple sign they care about customers and service.

The Fiji sunlamp was delivered exactly on time and packaged safely. I had my doubts at first because it is so compact but I was blown away at its power! I definitely recommend you follow the guidelines for time and distance using it because my first day I got burned. What an excellent way to be in the privacy of your own home and tan! Definitely satisfied. The only downside is the ticking of the timer which isn't really an issue at all lol

Compact, well-desiged and easy to use. I find that 5 minutes daily is not too much during the late fall/winter for those living in the higher latitude. Good supplementation to oral Vit D.

I have a had a positive experience with my lamp so far. I’ve been using it about a month and definitely feel better. I look forward to retesting my vitamin d soon!

Bulbs Arrived safe and sound

Great. I love my vitamin D lamp. I did not receive the power cord, manual or eyeglasses and wrote seller who apologized and said packet was missing. Within days I received all of the missing items. I am very pleased with item and service.

Great little lamp. Take it slow. Being half Latino I tan easily and after my first few sessions I was noticing a color change. The color isn’t as deep as the sun but I’ve only just begun. I got burned on my upper legs that hardly ever see sun, but the rest of me feels fine. My only critiques are that the timer is pretty loud, and the googles don’t feel that comfortable. Since it’s small, it’s also hard to tan your whole body, but that’s fine because I’m mainly using it to maintain my summer color through the winter. Another plus is you don’t get hot from it. Fun to try out during these dark and cold winter days.
