In the wintertime in the northeast, I had trouble maintaining my Vitamin D levels no matter how many supplements that I took. I even tried up to 10,000 IU a day and still couldn't bring it up. I use this lamp for 5 minutes about 5 times a week and it really works! Another added benefit is that it helped reset my circadian rhythm after an illness. I use my Sperti first thing in the morning and it helps my body wake up on cold, dark days. Europeans, specifically Scandinavians, use light therapy all of the time and they have reported improved sleep and better mood. I can report the same!
