I've had the Vitamin D Lamp for about 1 week and am using it regularly. The product is exactly as described and exceeds my expectations. I do not have lab values to compare over time, so I'll be following how I "feel" over the next few months.

I ordered the replacement bulbs and they arrived promptly. I went on YouTube to watch what to do. I would have preferred if they had shown putting the bulbs in, but I was able to figure out with the directions. They are working fine although they flicked initially.

I had a coupon that I didn't think I could use because the item was on sale. I called up and actually got a person on the phone. Very kind and professional. They credited my account for the difference. You just don't get that kind of customer service anymore. Very impressed. I will be able to give an update to let you know if the Vitamin D lamp raises my D levels.
