I ordered the FIJI Sunlamp. It arrived a week later on Sunday. When I opened the box one of the bulbs was busted. I sent an email to them and a replacement bulb was shipped the next day and arrived a week later. So their customer service is excellent! Been using it for a couple of weeks now and it's so nice to get rid of the pale white winter skin color!

My husband and I purchased the Tanning lamp to get our dose of vitamin D. We live in the Pacific Northwest, and we don't get a lot of sunshine in the fall and winter. The lamp was packaged well, and delivered quickly, and we appreciated the free shipping. It was easy to put together, and the manual was really easy to understand. We haven't had it that long but we are following the schedule to build up the time in front of the lamp as suggested. We use a stool that swivels so we can turn and get front and back and move our heads up and down to get fully covered. So far we are pleased with it.

I read tons of reviews and I’m not sure I ever seen anything with such positive feedback. I just got mine the other day and I can confirm a couple of the things people say. The customer service is excellent, the shipping is FAST, the unit is study, well packaged and all I had to do was plug it in! Super thrilled to see the Weston A. Price foundation recommends the Vit d. lamp. Hoping to check levels in a few months, and will check back with results!

This is my 2nd review. I tan very easily. I've had this machine about 15 days. I tanned every day for about 5 minutes. This is day 15 and there is absolutely no significant difference. I am returning it. I made two calls to the company inquiring where the lights should be positioned. I got two different answers. NOT WORTH THE MONEY Sorry folks.

Hi there, Thank you for sharing with us. Have you built up to the full 15 minute sessions yet? Most users will start to see the tanning effects after a few sessions at the full 15 minutes. If you are only doing 5 minute sessions, it will not be enough exposure to cause tanning of the skin. You should start out with shorter sessions for the first week or so but then gradually build up to the full 15 minute session length in order to acheive the desired results.
