Excellent customer service. Thank you Marie for your for your professional, empathetic support. The ease of booking and the ease of cancelling in the first 24hours in the event we decided space was too far from our home. Thanks to Marie's assistance. I will be looking for a parkng spot closer to home.!!!

I booked a space through the website. My application was approved and then I was sent to a difference location from the owner than the spot I reserved on the website. I received confirmation of the address and followed the owner's instructions. I sent a picture of my car in the spot and received confirmation with the owner I was in the correct spot. When I went back a few days later to get my car, it was gone. They towed my car and it had been sitting in an impound lot and I also had a parking ticket. I reached out to customer service at Spacer and sent them all the proof that the owner confirmed I was in the correct spot. They sided with the owner and kept charging me. So basically, I paid a company to tow my car. Complete scam.

Car was abandoned & spacer refused to tow it. Been parked here for over a year. Had complain for months to get paid. I cancelled the contract in DECEMBER 2022. CAR IS STILL THERE. Awful experience.
