Spacer.comReviews of spacer.com

I have had a good interacting experience with WhereIPark in securing a parking space for my vehicle. Throughout the process, i worked with Marie who was accommodating and professional.

Had some issues with cancelling a monthly reservation. Called the support line got a real human who refunded me and cancelled with ease.

Overall, I was very happy with my experience with WhereiPark. The rate was competitive, the location was super convenient and I got great service from Marie when I sold the car and needed to terminate the agreement after just a few weeks. There were some technical challenges getting set up, and I appreciated the help from Mike at the hotel, completing my registration & gaining immediate approval to park. Overall, I readily recommend

Carmen, very professional. Help me to solve all problems.

While I have run into a few (easily solvable) issues and inconveniences with spacer, I have always had great success at receiving customer service over the phone. Marie especially does a good job at problem solving, and I appreciate all that she does.

Using Spacer, I'm able to list my space to rent and I've so far have had consistent renter activity. One area where Space could improve upon is Support when issues happen. I've had some issues around billing: when a renter canceled mid-month, it took about 2 months to receive the last half month credit, and when a new renter started, the payout rate was incorrect and so I had to wait another 2 week for the difference to be credited to my account. In particular, Maria the Support agent had very inconsistent response times and also her responses were not very clear (sometimes incorrect). Sometimes, after a period of no response on an open issue, I'd see that my Support ticket was closed. So with several issues, the issues would pile up and then I would need to go back, review the last status of the issues and then try to unravel down to the current status. I usually had to chase her to resolve and I felt like a loan shark trying to just get my credit. Another agent, Carmen Lanie Cadilo, was super responsive and took the time to go through each item of each issue and provided timely feedback on resolution timelines and also followed up consistently. Carmen helped me sort through the open tickets that I had. I don't expect to experience many issues with Spacer but if any do occur, I will definitely be calling in the issue and request Carmen to assist for a speedy resolution.

This is an excellent app to discover and lease parking spaces (especially in busy urban cities). Overall, the web app and customer service has been solid. However, I have experienced billing frequency issues in the past. That said, Marie from Spacer's customer service team has helped me resolve billing charges and explain the root cause issues. For this reason, I still trust Spacer to meet my parking needs. Would recommend this solution to others!
