This is an excellent app. We saved 50 dollars on parking because the building parking was expensive. I will continue to use this app for my parking needs.

Absolute disaster. Marie hasn’t been responding to any requests, no payments are made, it’s been weeks since Marie hasn’t responded. STAY AWAY!!

This company bought out Stow It which we LOVED for allowing parking on our property of campers etc. Spacer has been one problem after another, especially the last 3 months. We don’t receive payments, endless online chats with the promise of a follow up that used to happen but in the last few weeks never. We are currently owed for four parking clients and I am beyond frustrated. Run, don’t walk from this company. One of our former customers warned us the software they use is horrible…seems to be coming true. We have had two more clients cancel because they were being billed too much etc…I wish I still could use Stow It!

This is an excellent app to discover and lease parking spaces (especially in busy urban cities). Overall, the web app and customer service has been solid. However, I have experienced billing frequency issues in the past. That said, Marie from Spacer's customer service team has helped me resolve billing charges and explain the root cause issues. For this reason, I still trust Spacer to meet my parking needs. Would recommend this solution to others!

A time-wasting disaster. I don’t know what happened to this company. Its web site doesn’t really work, they don’t answer their customer service line and they invite customers to leave messages that no one answers. UPDATE: Even when they returned my calls and emails and tried to fix the problem their own employees could not. In other words, their system is so broken even they can’t fix it. They did have the temerity to add to my review (below) that the problem had been resolved. That’s just a LIE. A falsehood. I would never do business with this company and I would never do business with any company that operates in a similar fashion. This has been astonishing from beginning to end.
