While I have run into a few (easily solvable) issues and inconveniences with spacer, I have always had great success at receiving customer service over the phone. Marie especially does a good job at problem solving, and I appreciate all that she does.

I ran into technical and communication problems when trying to secure a parking spot. I was very nervous about the situation, but one quick phone call with Marie set everything straight and set my mind at ease, such that I would consider recommending Spacer.com to a friend.

Marie Is awesome, my new spot is amazing! However, I had another spot with spacer were I had a horrible experience at 2533 Hillegass Avenue, US, 94704 the owner claims is secure but I had my vehicle stolen from 2533 Hillegass Avenue, US, 94704. I was told by a tenant it was likely taken by the property owner.

This isn't the easiest company to reach by phone, but patience pays off. Marie helped me wtih a booking that I was having difficulty finishing. She helped me through the process and was great.

I love the smooth experience with the website and the customer service (especially by Ca rmen) was very friendly and quick. The associate quickly resolved my issue and took action. This has been consistent with my previous interactions as well!

Marie from Spacer was so helpful and responsive when I encountered an issue with couple of reservations that I needed to cancel. Quick, friendly service and everything was resolved. I didn't end up using a Spacer spot this time around but the customer service was top-notch, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future!
