Feel free to call anytime to check on or say hi to your pet. We provide pictures throughout the day upon request. If you have a nervous pet we do all we can to help calm them.Inside pets stay inside, outside stay outside, and ones who enjoy both - we make sure to pay attention to their signs. Do not take stray animals here if you want to adopt them. The vets can and will take them home without you ever knowing that was a possibility. The reception staff told us we'd have a chance at adopting the animal back but it was taken away before we ever got a chance at adoption. There was no communication or information given to us about this, despite being promised we would be contacted about any updates.
