Alex was incredibly helpful when I was looking for a warrant for my Lincoln Navigator. He answered all of my questions and explained the warranty coverage thoroughly. It is awesome that they pay the mechanic directly at the time of the any repairs. He was even able to get me a great price that was better than what I expected! I am so glad I went with SOS Auto Protect!

Had coverage from FEB 25 until End of November. Paid 1900 for the Ultimate coverage plan. Took my car in because of a clunking/knocking noise from the front of the car. They discovered the motor mounts were worn and causing the noise. Car is a 2018 with 85000 they said motor mounts are wear and tear items. Basically the motor mounts have to fail to be replaced!?! Absolutely ridiculous and even more ridiculous is that I cancelled my policy and got back 950 (less than 50%) after just 9 months.. Hope you have better luck..

Great staff, specially Joyce. It was very easy to get the policy. So far I hope I dont have to use it and for SOS to do very well with me. I feel secure as they have my back.

Friendly and informative staff (Alex and Jane)I would recommend to someone looking to purchase a warranty. I really appreciated when I brought up the name of a competitor and Jane spoke respectfully and professionally regarding them.

This was my first inquiry into extended warranties and the experience with the company was very pleasant. The information I received was clear and concise My questions were answered to my satisfaction. I look forward to reviewing the plan document description for more details.

I had no idea it was going to be so easy to get a warranty. Benjamin was extremely professional and helpful. I wasn't rushed, even though it was the end of the work day. He explained the cost, my responsibilities, which tier would work for my vehicle. I have purchased a extended warranty when I purchased the car, that didn't cover nearly as much as this policy. So far it seems I am going to be pleased with this company as well as Benjamin. Thank you again Benjamin.
