I originally thought I was given the wrong material for my tow hook covers, but as soon as I contacted the company to inquire, the owner reached out to explain and cleared up my confusion. I put them on my Rivian R2 and they fit perfectly. I love the color also! Thank you for your great customer service.

The owner personally answered my questions for me and helped me customize the product! He also sent a follow up note afterwards to show his appreciation and to ensure we were happy! You just don’t get that too often.

Product is very high quality, tow hook covers were a perfect fit. If anyone is trying to match a color probably better to call rather than guess

Th chat feature was very helpful .

Both product and customer service is amazing. Reached out to the owner and he responded immediately and went above and beyond for our purchase.

Customer service is top notch! Daryl responded to an issue I had over the weekend and it was resolved before the weekend was up. Incredible! And the product is great!

Shipping was super fast, and the covers was extremely easy to put on

The Tow Hook Covers I received are very well made. They have a very tight fit so they're secure and doesn't have any movement. I have already recommended them to a buddy of mine.
