October 3,2026 approx 2:00/2:15 pm went to sonic in Darlington.Placed my order Got home and removed my order from the bag and to my surprise when did sonic start serving candy wrappers. This just left a disgusting taste in my mouth by seeing it in the bag.

I placed an order. So many things messed up. I ordered diet sprite and regular, couldn’t tell which was diet. My burger was to be light mayo, was swimming in it. Was sitting around so long all the food, because they forgot my onion rings. Everything was ice cold, just a terrible experience, I would never recommend Sonic to anyone. Location, Jefferson Rd, Rochester, NY I will not be going back there

Do not trust their rewards. Second fast food resturaunts buying food online to collect points. Once you get enough points to use them they cancel your order and take your points. Just used 750 points to be told they canceled my order. Had to force them to refund the rest of the order. Asked about the rewards and was told the manager said they don't know anything about the rewards. Don't waste your time with any place telling you that points matter because they will cancel then order and take your points. Sounds like Sonic is on my do not eat lists.

Sonic is my number-one go-to place for drinks! I really value having a Sonic in our community. Trish, the owner, and Tray, one of the employees, always provide great, friendly service. They make every visit a positive experience!
