Poor tracking site, no information as to when my order will arrive, has not arrived yet only email stating company is on holiday and will respond on return

Credit card was charged as soon as the order was placed but the item was never sent.

I was asked to review my purchase which is funny since it’s been two weeks and still have not received my over $500 sunglasses. The company is currently closed for the Jewish holidays as well so no one in customer service will respond to me.

I ordered sunglasses 2 weeks ago and over 10 business days ago. I have emailed an inquiry and got a response to wait 7-10 business days. Still have heard nothing about my order being shipped.
