I ordered sunglasses Sept 20, it’s Oct 4 and have yet to ship.

I have not received my glasses over a month. According to your policy 3-7 Days

I have not received my parcel yet. Money was deducted. No tracking or delivery notification was provideed. I am not even sure if this is an authentic page. I will wait for a week and claim a refund from my credit card company.

Glasses came way too big. I had to pay to have them sized down. Solstice suggested I take them to LensCrafters rather than just sending out a new pair to replace these. Other than that, very good.

I haven’t even received my item I order from this place but yet I’m receiving a email on how my service was with my this place. Kinda odd to be receiving this but my expertise with this place hasn’t been that good. Still waiting for my item been almost a month since I placed the order.
