Tbh...I thought the transaction was going to be a little shady due to other reviews, but it was great...excellent price and decent ship time...I would buy from them again.

Haven’t received my lenses

They had what I needed and delivered fairly fast.

Absolutely terrible. Paid for an item ordered and it was never shipped. Customer service support is nonexistent. Attempted to reach support multiple times. No phone number and emails went completely unanswered. I’ll never shop here.

Good price and delivered as scheduled. I chose to purchase from Soltice due to having the best sale price on these sunglasses.

The frame I purchased was Raen Optics ST. MALO, which was okay. But, the lenses were defective and the company has zero warranty or exchange. They wouldn't discuss it with me. Just told me "no returns" and refused to reply to my follow-up questions. I paid a lot of money for the lenses and they were blurry from defective anti glare coating. I would buy somewhere else because of the customer service and poor quality lenses.

En realidad fue una experiencia súper mala. Realice el pedido el 28 de mayo y me llegó casi un mes después , me tocó enviar muchos correos electrónicos para que se comunicaran conmigo; despues de realizar la compra nadie se comunicó conmigo para confirmar y enviar el producto tanto así que me tocó enviar una solicitud al banco para disputar la transacción ya que quería mi dinero de vuelta debido a la falta de compromiso de esta empresa , y solo en ese momento se comunicaron conmigo en realidad nunca los recomiendaria el servicio es muy muy malo
