We’re truly sorry to hear your NerdQaxe++ 6.1 stopped working, and we understand how frustrating that must be, especially after the earlier power supply issue. We sincerely appreciate your honest feedback. It helps us see where we can do better, including making the warranty process smoother and less time consuming. We would genuinely like the chance to take another look at your situation. Please reach out to our support team with your order number, and we’ll review it personally to see what options we can offer. Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. I am very sorry that this experience left you feeling frustrated and disappointed. We are glad to hear the order arrived quickly, but we fully understand that fast shipping does not make up for a unit that did not perform the way you expected. That is never the experience we want for anyone. Regarding power and the mainboard failure: All miners that leave our facility are fully tested under load with matched, certified power supplies to confirm they are working correctly before they are shipped. In your case, the unit was connected to a server power supply rather than the tested power brick we pair with the device. Based on what we can see from the details provided, we believe the issue was most likely caused by an intermittent or not fully solid connection on the external power setup, which can unfortunately lead to premature failure of components even if the wiring appears correct on inspection. This is exactly why we ship miners with tested and certified power supplies that we know are stable and within specification for the hardware. When a different power solution is used, it introduces variables that are much harder for us to verify after the fact, and that limits what we can reasonably confirm and therefore what we can responsibly replace as a small business. That said, we absolutely do not want anyone to feel abandoned or unheard. We always encourage customers to reach out to us at [email protected] as soon as there is any sign of trouble so we can walk through the setup together, review photos or videos, and see what options are available. Even when we cannot honor every request, our goal is always to be transparent, fair, and as helpful as possible.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and I am sorry to hear that you feel you received very bad service. We never want anyone to walk away from an interaction with us feeling disappointed, and we take comments like this seriously. That said, we have not been able to find any order or support history that matches the information in this review. It is possible that an order was placed under a different name or email, or even through another vendor, which makes it difficult for us to properly investigate what happened. We would genuinely appreciate the chance to look into this and understand your experience. If you did place an order with Solo Satoshi, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, the name on the order, and the email address used at checkout so we can review everything and see how we can make it right. If you ever need anything or would like to discuss this further, please feel free to reach out.

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback, and I’m genuinely sorry for the experience you’ve had with your Bitaxe Gammas and with us as a company. Receiving multiple units with issues right out of the box is absolutely not the standard we aim for, and I understand how frustrating that must have been. We take reports of dead displays, SSID issues, power faults, and build concerns very seriously, and your case has highlighted areas where our quality control clearly needs to improve. Regarding the screen specifically: the LCDs on these units are not soldered in by design, which is why a non-permanent fix (like double-sided tape) was mentioned. That said, we completely understand why this felt unacceptable on a brand-new device, and we should have communicated that better and offered you a clearer path to a proper resolution. On the question of the one unit we assessed as “working”: our intention was not to dodge a shipping refund, but to follow the test results we had at the time. However, if our communication came across as dismissive or unhelpful, that’s on us, and we’re sorry for that. We always strive to make things right with our customers, and in this case you were left disappointed. As for your concern about low-star reviews being hidden: we do not intentionally block negative feedback and we genuinely value all reviews, good or bad. If you experienced any issue submitting feedback through our site, we’d really like to look into it. If you’re open to it, please reach out to us directly with your order details so we can revisit your case and work toward a resolution you feel is fair. You’ve clearly had a disappointing experience, and we’d like the opportunity to make it right.

Hello Jay, I am sorry for the frustration. This is not the experience we want for anyone. If a unit fails under normal use within the warranty window we repair or replace it and we cover shipping both ways. Restocking fees apply only to change of mind returns or units damaged by misuse. A single high temperature reading by itself is not a determination of misuse and we will not rely on that without a proper review. We have requested additional information through Trustpilot. You can also reach us at www.solosatoshi.com/contact. Please share your order number, photos of the front and back of the device, and screenshots of the dashboard page with temperatures and voltage so that we can look into this. If it is confirmed defective, we will waive any fees and get a replacement moving right away. If you prefer a refund and it is eligible, once processed the refund balance will appear back on your payment method within a few business days. We appreciate the chance to make this right.

Hi Ken, We're sorry that you had this experience with us, but we do not tolerate disrespect or cursing towards our customer service agents. We value our employees and recognize that they work very hard, which is why you were denied service and issued a full refund. We appreciate your feedback, and will work to improve our processes across the business. Thank you and have a great day.

Hello Pamela, This claim is not accurate and does not reflect how our business operates. Solo Satoshi sells hardware only; we do not take deposits or “disappear.” Every order receives tracking, every support ticket gets a response, and we stand behind our warranty. If you placed an order with us, please share your order number and the email used at checkout so we can investigate immediately. If this complaint relates to a different website or an impersonator using our name, let us know so we can escalate it. We’re here to help and resolve legitimate issues quickly.
