On August 8th I purchased the GAMMAHex 1300 and am absolutely impressed with it. The previous machine I had was a Nerdqaxe++ rev. 6.1. I did not buy it from Solosatoshi, which was my first mistake. I did build custom firmware so I could pass the 800 MHz block. It lasted about 6 months and is now toast, probably a VRM. I was new to bitaxe so I took a chance. The ordering and shipping was flawless. Tracked, and on time. The box was well protected and sealed well. On startup, everything went perfect. I did remove the pump block and replace the stoc thermal paste with MX7 and I gained 1 degree. In other words, the paste used is premium. After a 24hr burn in, I know that sounds like an 80’s PC but I do it anyway. I slowly played with OC, and I run at the moment 10 TH. Runs SUPER quiet and at steady 50 deg. ASIC temp. On the rear side the VRM’s did not have any heatsinks which disappointed me. I am not sure if it was forgotten, missed, or just does not come with them but I bought 6 9x9x12 mm adhesive heatsinks and that solves the problem. If its supposed to have VRM heatsinks, maybe Solosatoshi will send me the missing part. Rus steady, cool, and quiet. The build and construction are rock solid. I am glad I purchased from Solosatoshi, and will buy again. They are top notch sellers. Thank you Solosatoshi!

Hi Alan, thank you so much for this detailed and thoughtful review! We’re truly grateful you chose Solo Satoshi for your GammaHex 1300. We’re thrilled to hear it arrived safely, started up perfectly, and is running quiet and cool at 10 TH. We love that you did a 24 hour burn in too. Old school habits are good habits! Thank you for the kind words about the thermal paste and build quality. It’s great to hear the stock setup held up so well against MX7. Regarding the VRM heatsinks, we’d love to look into that for you. Please reach out to our support team with your order number and we’ll get you a clear answer and make it right if anything was missing. We’re sorry to hear about your previous rev 6.1, and we’re honored you trusted us this time. Thank you again for your support. Happy mining! The Solo Satoshi Team

Everything about these guys is great. Fast deliver, good communication. But this next thing stands out for me. I had a device fail (it happens) but it is their customer service that stood out. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, a replacement came fast and free of charge, when they could have been in their rights not to offer one. Customer for life.
