Solid-MerchReviews of solid-merch.com

Super fast, always had information for me, usually within hours of my asking. The product came earlier than expected and was excellent.

My order of 200 12”s came a month early and the quality was just as good as all of my other orders! Great experience!

Nearly perfect. I was only missing 2 inserts out of 114. Otherwise, everything was great.

I was in a pinch and needed a couple records pressed in a low quantity quick. The records from Solid Merch were done ahead of schedule and the final product quality is great. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. The customer service was also top-notch.

Really good, cd art could of been more colorful though. Booklet was perfect in color. Time could of been better , 9 day production but expected date was 13-14 days after ordering. Didnt hurt to send after the 9 day production, was it 13days production or what? Keep in mind it was next day air. Everything else was great cd quality and hearing was good

The records look great and arrived quicker than expected

Solid Merch produced our 12" vinyl LPs, and their customer service and product were simply stellar! Solid Merch was the second vinyl presser we worked with (after a very frustrating attempt with another company.) They exceeded our expectations in every way. The process was smooth, turnaround was quick, and the product looks and sounds perfect. Special thanks to Nick at Solid Merch for being such a helpful and reassuring guide through the process!

Vinyls were shipped very fast and came out looking and sounding perfect. Couldn't be happier. Excellent customer service as well.
