I did the short run of vinyl, and couldn't be happier with the overall quality of the project. The DMM process worried me, with no test pressings to check, but there were no issues with the final product. Also: the packaging turned out very lush. I will recommend Solid-Merch for those that ask about vinyl runs, and I get asked a LOT.

From the first moment of contact with Solid Merch I was met with enthusiasm and knowledgeable staff. Nick was able to answer my questions and even navigate through a challenging three-way call! I have received my products and am very satisfied with the quality of both the vinyl and CD albums. My only gripe is that I specified "Made in Czech Republic" stickers for historic reasons instead of including it in my album art. None were applied, but all else is VERY good indeed!

To be completely honest, I was highly skeptical of the Express Package. I did not believe it would arrive within two months and I figured the quality would be sub-par, at best. I actually put off several projects because I was so weary. HOWEVER, I have been proven wrong about my assumptions!!! And I've never been so happy to be so wrong about something! lol From the moment I submitted the order, I had constant and reliable communication with Nick. He answered every question and didn't make me feel stupid for asking "stupid" questions. I was most surprised at the speed of reply. My regular plant takes weeks to respond to anything so this was a very pleasant surprise!! The entire process from beginning to end was very user-friendly and basically foolproof! I was told the shipping estimate was Jan 25 but to my complete amazement, I already have the records in hand!! They were pressed and shipped nearly 3 weeks early and the shipping to AZ took less than a week. Every box arrived without damage to any records!! They are triple-boxed for extra safety. I couldn't believe NOT ONE record had a seam split or crushed corner. And the records look FANTASTIC!!! The artwork is right on point and the sound is beautiful. I did a mix of black and eco mix and the eco mix color is stunning!! I have referred SM to several people and I will continue doing so! I am blown away by the quality and customer service and cannot wait to place my next order!!!
