The LPs sound great, they look great, they're exactly what I ordered, and Solid Merch turned them around more quickly than promised. Staff was super helpful in guiding me through the process. I'm definitely recommending Solid Merch to anyone who's looking to press vinyl LPs.

Good communication from customer service. Quick turnaround on CD’s that sound good. The artwork given to them didn’t appear on the CD covers properly. When asked to fix for our vinyl covers they wanted to charge us another $200.

Just love it! We just received our new cassettes, they sound and look great! The sound, custom J-cards, and custom shells are just perfect. This is our second order from Solid Merch, our first was a vinyl single, which also was excellent quality. Thanks so much Solid Merch! Everyone we've ever been in communication with at Solid Merch has always been responsive, friendly, helpful and sincere. It's so awesome for us to be a completely independent, homegrown band and be able to have our own original high quality records and cassettes out there in the world. Excited about this recent order and looking forward to our next! Sincerely, The SteadBeats (Shan & Betty)
