Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how concerning it can be to see a charge that you did not expect. We take billing concerns seriously and want guests to feel confident that any questions about charges will be reviewed thoroughly. After reviewing your account, our team reached out directly, issued a full refund for the charge, and canceled the subscription to prevent any future renewals. While we’re glad we were able to resolve the billing concern, we understand how frustrating and alarming the experience was. Feedback like this helps us continue improving both our billing communication and customer support experience. Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, and we wish you and your dog all the best.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback and for being a longtime supporter of Sniffspot. We understand that changes to the platform can be frustrating, and we’re sorry to hear about your experience. For guests whose accounts were created before the membership requirement was introduced, there is still an option to continue booking without a membership. If you’re not seeing that option on your account, our support team would be happy to help investigate and make sure everything is working as expected. We appreciate you sharing your concerns regarding memberships and credits. Feedback from longtime users is especially valuable because it helps us understand how platform changes are being experienced by our community. Thank you again for your honesty and for being part of the Sniffspot community over the years. If you’d like assistance accessing your account options, please reach out to [email protected] and our team will be happy to help.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you value the concept behind Sniffspot and the opportunities it provides for dogs and their humans, but we’re sorry to hear that technical issues and support delays have made it difficult to use the platform. We understand how frustrating it is to encounter problems such as login issues, password reset difficulties, app instability, and booking challenges, especially when those issues prevent you from accessing spots you want to visit. We also recognize that delays in receiving support can make those experiences even more disappointing. Feedback like this is important because reliability and ease of use are essential parts of the guest experience. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention, and we continue working to improve both the platform and our support processes. If you are still experiencing issues accessing your account or booking spots, please reach out to [email protected] so our team can review the details and assist further.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We love hearing how Sniffspot has helped provide your daughter's Jack Russell with a place to run, sniff, explore, and burn off some of that famous Jack Russell energy. Creating accessible, nearby spaces for dogs who need more room than a walk or apartment/condo living can provide is exactly why Sniffspot exists. It’s especially wonderful to hear that you’ve found a spot that fits so well into your weekly routine and that both you and your pup enjoy the experience. Thank you again for your kind words and for being part of the Sniffspot community!
